Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
- Cancellations after dispatch are not permitted as we prioritize timely delivery of fresh, handcrafted chocolates.
Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, returns are not accepted.
Refund Policy
You may ask for a refund for the following cases:
- Products delivered are damaged: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@devilyouchocolates.com if the item is defective, or damaged. You must send clear images of the product and/or packaging and the receipt or proof of purchase for verification so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Incorrect items received: If you have received incorrect items, please mail us immediately at contact@devilyouchocolates.com. You must send clear images of the product and/or packaging for verification. You are requested to ensure the items are not tampered with or eaten. The item sent to you must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You are also required to show the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Unavailability of the items: It may happen that you have not received the items you have ordered because of unavailability. Please mail us immediately at contact@devilyouchocolates.com mentioning the product name and the ordered quantity.
Our team will review each claim on a case-to-case basis and let you know whether the refund must be approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit or debit card company to process and post the refund.
